Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching license

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction based on student needs
- Implement and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Differentiate curriculum and modify lessons for a variety of learning abilities
- Work closely with general education teachers to promote inclusion and co-teaching where appropriate
- Communicate regularly with families and document student progress
- Maintain compliance with school and state regulations
