Based near Eden Prairie, MN, this full-time role runs from August 25, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with daily hours from 8:15 am to 4:15 pm. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 teaching license required
- Previous experience in Setting III classrooms essential
- Strong classroom management skills and an adaptable teaching style
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
What You’ll Do:
- Provide specially designed instruction to students in a Setting III environment (K-8th)
- Develop, implement, and track IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Foster an inclusive, positive classroom culture that supports academic, behavioral, and social growth
- Work closely with paraprofessionals and support staff to ensure each student receives individualized attention
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for continued growth
- Contribute to the overall mission of the district by participating in professional development and team meetings
