ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Elkhart, IN that is seeking multiple Special Education Teachers for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for educators looking to secure a full-time position and support students across a variety of grade levels and learning needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide specialized instruction and academic support to K–12 students with mild to severe needs, primarily through resource and pull-out services. Teachers will also provide targeted reading interventions and collaborate with school teams to support student progress and IEP goals.

- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Positions: multiple openings across multiple schools throughout the district
- Grade Levels: K–12

- Student Population: Mild–Severe
- Focus: Reading interventions and specialized academic instruction

What We’re Looking For
- Active Indiana Special Education licensure with Mild Interventions or Intense Interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Experience providing specialized instruction and academic support
- Resource/pull-out and reading intervention experience preferred
- Flexibility to work with students across a range of grade levels and support needs
