Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Valid Minnesota PELSB Special Education Teaching License, or the ability to obtain via reciprocity
  • Proficiency with IEP development and special education compliance
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and case management skills
  • Preferred licensure: ABS, ASD, EBD, DD, or LD
  • Experience in one or more: ASD, Setting III/IV, assessments, PBIS, MTSS, BIPs, FBAs

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage IEPs
  • Provide individualized and therapeutic instruction
  • Maintain documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state special education guidelines
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Compensation for this position ranges from $31.78 to $51.78. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
