Desired Experience & Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field
- Active Minnesota PELSB Special Education Teaching License (Tier 1 or above; Tier 3/4 preferred)
- Experience in one or more areas: SPED assessments, EBD/therapeutic settings, ASD/elementary center-based classrooms
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, evaluation report writing, and collaborative case management
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Deliver specially designed instruction and behavior supports
- Maintain documentation and progress monitoring
- Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Ensure compliance with IDEA, state, and district guidelines
