Special Education Teacher in Fitchburg, MA

Qualifications:
- Current MA Special Education Teacher licensure
- Experience working with middle school students preferred
- Proven background designing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead instruction and management of the TLC program classroom
- Develop individualized education plans and track student progress toward goals
- Provide differentiated instruction and behavioral support based on student needs
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents, staff, and related service providers
- Foster a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth and self-advocacy
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program
