- Ability to adapt lessons and strategies to meet each student’s unique learning needs
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and progress monitoring
Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and evaluate IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Use data-driven strategies to monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
- Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, therapists, and other school professionals
