Key Qualifications:
- Valid MA Special Education teaching license with a math endorsement
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in a special education setting
- Strong instructional and communication skills to effectively teach and support diverse learners

- Adaptability and positivity when facing unique challenges in special education
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored math instruction to students with varying learning needs, following IEP goals
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans and modifications, engaging students in meaningful learning experiences
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to maximize student success
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and supportive classroom atmosphere
