Special Education Teacher - Harvest, Alabama

This assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through May 21, 2027. You’ll work 35 hours each week, Monday through Friday, providing focused support to a manageable caseload of 10 students. Qualifications:
- Current AL SPED credential required
- Previous experience with elementary (3rd and 4th grade) students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student on your caseload
- Partner with general educators to create an inclusive environment
- Track progress and adapt strategies to meet evolving student needs
- Communicate regularly with families, related service providers, and administrators
- Foster a supportive, growth-focused atmosphere for all learners
