Qualifications:
- Valid state certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred
- Passion for supporting middle school students with diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:
- Provide resource support in a middle school setting (grades 7–8)
- Deliver both in-class assistance and targeted pull-out instruction to approximately 15 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
