Elementary Middle School Special Education Teacher - Hilliard, OH

Key Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license (required)
- Experience or strong interest in working with students in any of the following settings: elementary, middle, or high school
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement best practices in special education
- Strong collaboration skills with educators, administrators, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage different learning needs and classroom dynamics
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and support tailored to students’ unique needs, ensuring compliance with IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed
- Collaborate with other educators to develop strategies and interventions
- Maintain documentation and records for student performance, IEPs, meetings, and reports
