Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid teaching certification in special education
- Experience or strong interest in resource room instruction for K-2 or secondary students
- Skilled in creating inclusive, supportive, and adaptive learning environments
- Comfortable with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- For high school role: experience or passion for OCS, life skills, or work readiness highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver targeted instruction aligned with each student’s IEP

- Track student progress and adjust strategies to meet evolving needs
