- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
What you’ll do:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess student progress and modify strategies as needed for optimal development
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related services, and support staff
- Engage families as educational partners and communicate student progress regularly
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with applicable laws and school policies
- Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral growth through positive reinforcement and interventions
