Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging special education instruction to individual students on a homebound basis
- Implement and adapt lessons to meet each student’s unique learning goals and needs
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and contribute to IEP maintenance and updates as needed
- Collaborate with school faculty, parents, and related service providers to support student achievement
- Provide regular communication and updates regarding student progress
