Key Qualifications:
- Active Missouri Special Education teaching credentials required
- Prior experience with ASD programming is highly valued
- Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and background screening
- Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to individualized instruction
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute effective ASD programming tailored to individual student needs
- Develop, maintain, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Regularly collect and analyze instructional data to inform teaching strategies
- Accurately document programming and progress
- Utilize assistive technology and communication devices to support student learning
- Participate in scheduled indirect and administrative time as part of contracted hours
Position Details:
- Contract dates: August 24, 2026 – May 21, 2027
- Monday through Friday, full-time at 37.5 hours weekly
- Based in a single elementary school environment, serving a diverse K–12 caseload
- Interviews conducted virtually via Zoom for convenience
