There are two full-time openings, each featuring small caseloads and classroom para support. Both roles run Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Specifics include:
Qualifications/Experience Sought:
- Wisconsin Cross Categorical K-5 Certification required
- Previous experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Commitment to individualized education plans and differentiated instruction
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to elementary students (either with significant behavioral needs or those with physical disabilities and autism)
- Work collaboratively with classroom paraprofessionals and related service teams
- Maintain and implement IEPs for a manageable caseload
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment
