Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized instruction and behavioral support to a middle school student within a single assigned school
- Implement and monitor IEPs, adapting lesson plans and interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals and other stakeholders to ensure safety, consistency, and continued growth
- Employ data-driven strategies to document and track student progress
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented classroom culture focused on student achievement and well-being
