You’ll expand your professional skills while working collaboratively with a team of RSP teachers in a roving middle school role. With a caseload of 28 middle school students, you’ll make a significant impact while rounding out your resume with valuable new experiences.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential (elementary and/or middle school focus)
- Experience working in school-based settings, particularly middle school
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a roving Special Education Teacher among middle school RSP classrooms
- Collaborate with RSP colleagues to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Adapt instruction to accommodate varying learning styles and abilities
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and caseload management for 28 students
- Foster positive, inclusive learning environments
