Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold an active Kansas Low Incidence Special Education License

- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with families, staff, and related service providers
- Committed to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and individualized instruction for elementary students in the LIFT Program
- Develop and track progress on IEP goals for each student in your caseload
- Modify teaching strategies and materials to support diverse learning needs
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians
- Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and interdisciplinary planning
- Advocate for students’ rights and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
