Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans that accommodate individual students’ needs and IEP goals
- Assess students’ academic, behavioral, and social progress and adjust strategies as necessary
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and support staff to ensure student integration and success
- Maintain accurate records of progress, attendance, and communication with parents/guardians
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student placements, supports, and future planning
