Special Education Teacher in Meriden, CT

What We're Looking For:
- Current certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Experience with elementary and/or middle school-aged students
- Skill in case management and data collection, including IEP documentation and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction based on students’ IEPs
- Manage a split elementary and middle school caseload
- Collect and analyze student data to inform instruction and ensure progress
- Develop, monitor, and maintain accurate IEP documentation and reports
- Work closely with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
- Support inclusion and differentiated instruction strategies
- Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development
