Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide specialized instruction, accommodations, and modifications in inclusive and self-contained classrooms
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Work closely with general education teachers and other professionals to support student success
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff training as needed
