Qualifications:
- Active Tier 3 or 4 Minnesota teaching license in Special Education

- Flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead a Setting III classroom for K-8th grade
- Create and modify lesson plans to meet individualized student goals
- Implement and track IEPs, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Communicate progress regularly with staff, administration, and guardians
