What We’re Looking For:
- Arizona Special Education Teacher certification or eligibility required
- Experience working with high school students preferred
- Deep understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to participate in meetings before or after school hours
- Adaptability and a collaborative approach with staff and families
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering individualized instruction and support aligned with each student's IEP
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to create and adjust educational plans
- Actively participating in IEP meetings (typically before or after school)
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Engaging with families and related service providers to foster student growth
- Promoting an inclusive, positive classroom environment
- Managing a caseload that will be determined as registration continues
