What we’re looking for:
- Valid state licensure and endorsements in Special Education or eligibility for certification in Vermont
- Proven experience providing instructional and case management services to students with varying exceptionalities
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs collaboratively with staff, families, and service providers
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with keen attention to legal compliance and best practices
- Flexibility to work exclusively in-person (remote work is not available for these openings)
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive classroom environments
Role highlights:
- Position 1: Deliver direct services and case management as a middle school Special Educator in a dynamic 5–8 setting
- Position 2: Provide in-person special education services at the middle school level, partnering with a remote Case Coordinator to ensure coordinated support
- Position 3: Serve high school students as an in-person Special Educator, overseeing both instruction and case management needs
- Uphold all local and state regulations for special education delivery and documentation
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic student support
This contract role is scheduled to run August 28, 2026 through June 18, 2027, for 37.5 hours per week.
