Desired Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee Special Education (SPED) License is required
- Experience in a school environment preferred

- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and differentiated instruction techniques
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students

- Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding student performance and IEP compliance
