Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois LBS1 certification required
- Experience working with primary grade levels (K-2) preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction in a self-contained setting for K-2 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with general education staff, support professionals, and families
- Foster social and emotional growth alongside academic development
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Create engaging, differentiated activities tailored to each student’s abilities
