Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Guide students using evidence-based teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs
- Oversee, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) collaboratively with families and support staff
- Maintain detailed and accurate data collection related to student progress, interventions, and outcomes
- Serve as case manager for assigned students, ensuring all educational and behavioral objectives are met
- Work closely with general education teachers to provide consultative support and maximize student success
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school staff
