Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver push-in/resource support to 5th grade students, working closely with general education teachers
- Modify and adapt curricula to ensure student access and success
- Track progress, complete documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Communicate regularly with families, staff, and related service providers to support student achievement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom community
