Key Qualifications:

- Experience working as a Special Education Teacher or Intervention Specialist, preferably at the high school level

Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as a co-teacher for one high school classroom, providing direct instruction and specialized support to students with varying disabilities
- Adapt curriculum and assessments to address individual education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with general education staff to ensure accommodations and modifications are implemented consistently
- Collect and analyze student data to inform instructional decisions and monitor progress
- Attend IEP meetings, maintain accurate records, and fulfill all compliance requirements
- Build positive relationships with students, inspiring confidence and academic growth
