What We’re Looking For:
- Active California Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential (required)
- Experience working in a school setting with middle school students preferred
- Solid understanding of intervention strategies and IEP development
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Provide Resource Specialist Program (RSP) services for two middle school caseloads
- Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support students’ success
- Collect and analyze data to inform instructional decisions and monitor progress
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes growth and achievement
Pay ranges from $45–$55 per hour, reflective of your expertise and commitment.
