Special Education Teacher 26/27 School Year
Soliant is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers for multiple full-time, school-based openings in the Oneida, Wisconsin area for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for passionate educators committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Provide direct instruction and classroom support for students with varying learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and school staff.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet individual student needs.
Qualifications:
• Active Wisconsin Special Education Teaching Certification required.
• Soliant offers Licensing Assistance for qualified candidates.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field.
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Passion for supporting diverse learning needs.
