Your qualifications:
- Hold a valid Arizona Special Education teaching certificate
- Possess a current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with high school students with diverse learning needs
- Proven experience in resource or inclusion settings is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Committed to creating structured, supportive, and empowering classroom environments
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to students in the resource program
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize an array of instructional strategies to adapt curriculum and meet varied learning styles
- Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administration regarding student progress
- Foster a positive, safe, and respectful classroom climate
