- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Position Duties:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in accordance with each student’s IEP
- Work closely with general education teachers to support inclusion and classroom accommodations
- Conduct ongoing assessments, track student progress, and report outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student achievements, interventions, and communications
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture for all students
- Coordinate with families, service providers, and related staff to support students’ growth and success
- Participate in professional development opportunities and school events
