Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Standard Arizona Secondary Teaching License.
- Arizona Special Education Licensure required.
- IVP Fingerprint Card must be current and in good standing.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Math within a special education classroom.
- Familiarity working collaboratively, preferably in a co-teaching model.
- Ability to create adaptable lesson plans and work within a multi-disciplinary team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively plan and deliver Math instruction tailored to diverse learners.
- Support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs through differentiated strategies.
- Maintain consistent communication with colleagues, support staff, and families.
- Track student progress, documenting data for IEPs and school records.
- Contribute to a positive classroom culture while upholding school and district standards.
