Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for a caseload of 20-25 students
- Provide specialized instruction and resource support in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to adapt curriculum and facilitate classroom inclusion
- Monitor and document student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain all required records
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to encourage student achievement
Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule: campus hours are 7:45 AM – 2:45 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with early release at 12:45 PM on Thursdays. You’ll have the chance to build meaningful connections while making a difference in students’ educational journeys.
