About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is partnering with Laveen School District to hire a qualified Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This position involves a split-site assignment as a Resource Special Education Teacher, providing services across two campuses. The role supports students with special education needs through targeted instruction and collaboration with school staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction to students receiving resource support
Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social development
Position Details:
Full-time position
Schedule: 4 days per week at Rogers Ranch, 1 day per week at Vista del Sur
Onsite position
Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teaching Credential required
Experience with IEP development and implementation
Prior school-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
