Elementary High School Special Education Teacher | Piscataway, New Jersey

Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey special education teaching license required
- Experience teaching at the elementary, middle, or high school level preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on student IEPs
- Modify curriculum and instructional strategies to accommodate unique learning styles
- Work closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Track and report student progress, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Advocate for students’ needs and participate in IEP meetings as required
