- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for creating positive, supportive learning spaces
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to K-2 students with diverse abilities
- Assess students’ strengths and needs to tailor teaching methods and materials
- Develop, maintain, and track progress on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families

- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
