Key Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans and IEPs for students based on individual needs
- Work closely with general education teachers and support personnel to provide inclusive classroom experiences
- Use assessments and progress monitoring tools to track student achievement and adjust instruction as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Create a positive, structured classroom environment that fosters student engagement and independence
- Offer ongoing communication to families regarding student progress, successes, and strategies
