Qualifications:
- Active California Special Education credential (Mild to Moderate or equivalent) required
- Experience working in a Resource Specialist Program (RSP) or similar setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Genuine passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress and inclusion
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to enhance student outcomes
- Provide individualized and small group instruction aligned with curriculum standards
