Educational Specialist Bridge - Moderate Support Needs (All Grades)
Spindle is partnering with a school district to hire a general Education Specialist – Moderate Support Needs (TK–12) for next school year.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized academic support in resource and inclusive settings across multiple grade levels
Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure appropriate instructional supports and accommodations
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with IDEA and California Education Code
Track student progress and adjust instruction to meet individualized academic and behavioral goals
Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaboration, and professional development
Qualifications:
California Education Specialist Credential – Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe Support Needs
Ability to serve students across grade bands as needed
Strong organizational, collaborative, and instructional skills
