Special Education Teacher | Saint Albans, Vermont

Key Qualifications:
- Valid special education teaching certification

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt individualized education plans for students with a range of learning needs
- Deliver direct instruction to students with mild to moderate disabilities in accordance with IEP goals

- Collaborate proactively with general education teachers, specialized staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as part of a multidisciplinary team
