In this onsite position, you will:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Minnesota teaching license—Tier 3 or 4 required
- Demonstrated experience or sincere interest in working with students with significant behavioral and severe disabilities
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience, empathy, and positivity
- Comfortable with the commute to Coon Rapids, MN
- Ready to submit your license and updated resume for consideration
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and behavioral support to students in a Setting 4 program
- Collaborate closely with specialized staff, families, and related service providers
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student strengths and needs
- Create a structured, inclusive classroom environment that supports student growth
- Collect data to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed
- Foster resilience and self-advocacy in students amid their unique challenges
This contract begins on February 9, 2026, and continues through June 5, 2026, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
