Special Education Teacher - Minneapolis, Minnesota

This opportunity revolves around meaningful, consistent engagement. The selected candidate will work onsite, offering instruction and support five days a week for part of each school day, ensuring stability and continuity for students and collaborating closely with staff to deliver individualized education.
Ideal Background/Qualifications:
- Special Education teaching license; other comparable licenses will be considered
- Experience serving K–5 students in a school setting
- Knowledge and/or classroom background with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
- Strong skills in developing and implementing IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and a compassionate, student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and supports to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families
- Monitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed to promote growth
- Maintain detailed documentation in alignment with compliance standards
