Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for a small caseload of 4-6 students
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s strengths and areas for development
- Work closely with other educators, specialists, and families to ensure optimal learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document interventions and strategies used
- Foster an inclusive, positive classroom culture that promotes confidence and skill-building
