Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized educational programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct instruction tailored to students’ unique learning profiles
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to deliver academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support
- Track and report student progress on goals and adjust approaches as needed
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages growth and participation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students’ overall well-being and success
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
