- Strong organizational abilities and adaptability in a dynamic school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group instruction tailored to students’ unique learning needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor student IEPs, ensuring compliance and progress documentation
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to support student integration and performance
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports social-emotional and academic growth
- Engage in ongoing communication with students’ families regarding progress and strategies for support
- Maintain accurate records and report student outcomes as required
