Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Special Education Teacher (or eligibility to become certified)
- Experience with Resource Pull-Out models strongly preferred
- Skilled at creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration with general education teachers, families, and support staff
- Dedicated to fostering inclusion, independence, and student advocacy
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized pull-out instruction to K–3 students, focusing on academic growth and social-emotional development
- Develop, adapt, and monitor IEPs to meet individual student goals
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and report regularly on outcomes
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to create supportive learning environments
- Communicate regularly with families to encourage involvement and progress toward goals
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations pertaining to special education
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:35 AM–3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:35 AM–11:45 AM
