Key Qualifications and Experience:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as case manager for a range of students, ensuring compliance with all IEP requirements
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction and direct services to students with diverse needs
- Write detailed and timely educational reports to guide instruction and track student progress
- Coordinate and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain positive, proactive communication with students’ families and support networks
