Early Childhood Special Education Teacher

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year in Sonora, CA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support young learners with disabilities in a collaborative educational environment while fostering academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Qualifications:
- Active California Early Childhood Special Education Credential required
- CTC Certification required
- Experience working with preschool and early childhood populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Commitment to creating a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction aligned with students' IEP goals and developmental needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support students' academic, social-emotional, behavioral, communication, and functional skill development
- Collaborate with families, related service providers, administrators, and educational staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations
